Inner diameter method (recommended) 

If you have a ring that already fits your finger well, you can use a ruler to measure the inside diameter of this ring.

1. Take your ruler and measure straight across the inside of the ring from edge to edge in millimeters,

2. Determine your ring size along with the measurement conversion chart to find your ring size.

Circumferences method 

1.    Cut a thin strip of paper that is long enough to wrap around your finger. 
2.    Wrap the paper around your finger to fit, not too tight. Make sure the paper is below the joint of your finger and close to your knuckle.
3.    Mark the spot where the paper meets.
4.    Take it off and measure the distance with your ruler or tape.
5.    Use the following conversion chart to determine your ring size.
